I recently created a Facebook Page for my business and think it’s a really great idea because it’s free! and also an easy way to promote your business.

All you do it click on the “Advertising” link at the bottom of your Facebook page. Select “Pages” from the menu at the top. Select the green “Create a Page” button on the right hand side, then go through the steps.

As people become fans of your site it will appear in the “News Feed” section on Facebook, giving you lots of free exposure.

This logo was created for a Sports Kinesiologist. My brief was to design a logo that represented movement, flowing energy and activity.

I have to be honest in saying I didn’t know a lot about Sports Kinesiology. Wikipedia describes it as… “Kinesiology, also known as human kinetics, is the science of human movement. It focuses on how the body functions and moves”.

With this definition in mind I also tried to use colours that helped reinforce energy and heath.

Last month I completed this logo design for MJCL Consultancy. MJCL Consultancy is run by Margot Lilley who is based on Sydney’s Northern beaches.

Margots main objective was to have a logo that captured movement, growth and change, which is a very important part of Occupational Therapy.

For inspiration I looked at various elements of nature, and used a graduation of colour to help reflect change and movement.
